Ingredients
4 tbs Vignoli Extra Virgin Olive Oil IGP Puglia – Intense + a little to grease the potatoes and the baking dish

Directions

Heat the oven to 392 ° F in static mode.

Cut the potatoes into thin slices, then place them in a pan with the bottom lined with baking paper and brush them with a little Vignoli Extra Virgin Olive Oil IGP Puglia – Intense.

Cook for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. Allow to cool, then cut into small pieces.

In a cutter, combine the potatoes, onion, plums and 4 tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper.
Blend until you get a rather fine mixture. -
Add Vignoli Mandarin Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil and blend again briefly.

Grease a baking dish and distribute the preparation.
Sprinkle with plenty of breadcrumbs and sprinkle with a little Vignoli Extra Virgin Olive Oil IGP Puglia – Intense. -
Bake for 20 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
