Ingredients
- 1 medium sirloin steak (about 8 oz.)
- 1 tablespoon Vignoli Mesquite Smoked Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- Coarse salt, to taste
- 1 medium sirloin tip steak (about 230 grams)
- 1 tablespoon Vignoli Mesquite Smoked Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- Coarse salt, to taste

Heat a non-stick grill pan well over high heat.

Brush both sides of the steak with ¼ tablespoon of Vignoli Mesquite Smoked Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil per side.

Place the steak in the preheated non-stick grill pan and cook for 1 minute per side.

Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with coarse salt to taste, then finish with the remaining ½ tablespoon of Vignoli Mesquite Smoked Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Serve immediately.
