Performance EVOO — Coratina & Peranzana
Performance EVOO · Lollo Single Varietal
Fuel your
routine.
Naturally.
Two single varietal extra virgin olive oils from Puglia, naturally high in polyphenols. A daily 20 g habit for athletes — and for anyone who wants to add one healthy, natural routine to their diet.

As presented at
Biohack Miami
Shared with Miami’s biohacking community as a food-first way to add polyphenols to a daily routine: no capsules, no powders — just cold-extracted olive juice.
01 — The science
Why polyphenols
matter.
Polyphenols are the natural antioxidants of the olive. They’re what makes a great extra virgin bitter and peppery — and they’re the reason we measure every harvest.
Protect your blood lipids
Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. The effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20 g of olive oil (EU Reg. 432/2012).
Oleocanthal & oleacein
The compounds behind the peppery kick in your throat. Researchers associate them with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity — our Coratina measured 138 and 108 mg/kg.
Quality fuel
Extra virgin olive oil is naturally rich in monounsaturated fats — a clean fat source to pair with the protein, grains and vegetables of an active diet.
100% natural
No capsules, no powders, no additives. Cold-extracted below 72°F within 4 hours of harvest to protect what the olive naturally holds.

Polyphenols naturally decline over time. That’s why we re-test every six months — so the numbers you read are the numbers in your bottle.

04 — The man behind the oil
Meet
Claudio Vignoli.
Olive oil sommelier, Oleologist and Master Miller, Claudio has spent more than 25 years in the olive oil world. Since 2017 he has been a member of O.L.E.A., the association of olive oil experts and tasters, and he sits on the jury of international olive oil competitions in the UK, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, Argentina, Uruguay and Peru.
His mission has never changed: to teach people what good olive oil really is. Not only the one ingredient no kitchen can do without, but a food with exceptional natural properties — a natural daily ally for your wellbeing, straight from the olive.
“Great olive oil isn’t a condiment. It’s the healthiest habit you can pour.”
— Claudio Vignoli
05 — Daily routine
Your daily
20 g.
About 1½ tablespoons a day. One 500 ml bottle covers roughly three weeks; the 3 L refill kit, more than four months.
Morning · warm-up
The morning shot
Take it straight, on an empty stomach — the way we suggest on every bottle. Coratina if you like it bold, Peranzana for a smoother start.
Midday · refuel
Post-training plate
Drizzle it raw over your protein bowl, grains or salad. Used raw, it keeps its full peppery character.
Evening · cool-down
Finish the day
A last pour over vegetables, fish or soup. Simple, natural, every day — that’s the habit.
Day one starts now
Start the streak.
Bold or balanced — or both. Two Italian single varietals, one natural habit.
