Ingredients
- For the coffee:
2 tablespoons ground coffee
2 cups water
- For the vanilla syrup:
½ cup water
½ cup granulated sugar
1 ½ teaspoons natural vanilla extract or vanilla paste
- For the golden foam:
1/3 cup whole milk
1/3 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon Vignoli Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 30 ml ground coffee
- 480 ml water
- 120 ml water
- 120 ml granulated sugar
- 7.5 ml natural vanilla extract or vanilla paste
- 80 ml whole milk
- 80 ml whipping cream
- 15 ml Vignoli Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Prepare the Coffee: Brew the coffee using a cold brew apparatus or by placing ground coffee in a clean glass jar, adding water, sealing it, and letting it sit for 12 hours. Filter it through a coffee filter.

Make Vanilla Syrup: In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring it to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Boil for one minute, then remove from heat and let it cool. Add vanilla extract or paste, mix, and store in the fridge.

Create the Golden Foam: In a tall container, mix 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup with milk, cream, and Vignoli Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Use a milk frother to whisk until a soft foam forms, being careful not to overmix.

Prepare the Glasses: Fill two tall glasses with ice and add 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup to each.

Assemble and Serve: Pour the coffee into the glasses, leaving some space at the top. Then, carefully pour the golden foam over the coffee, using a spoon to retain the foam initially and adding it on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
