8 slices fresh bread (rustic bread with unrefined flours and sourdough)
½ Vignoli Tomato Sauce with Peppers
1 big Mozzarella di Bufala
to taste Vignoli Apulian Bomb
to taste Vignoli Lemon Infused Evoo

Directions

Slice the homemade bread and toast it lightly on both sides.

Top each slice with a generous spoonful of Tomato Sauce with Peppers.

Add slices of buffalo mozzarella and a small spoonful of Bomba Pugliese on top of the sauce. Drizzle with Infused Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil and serve immediately. Enjoy!
