Directions

Scrub, dry and peel potatoes, then cut them into slices.

Boil potatoes in water for 15 minutes or until soft, then drain and mash them.

Mix Everyday Kitchen olive oil, salt, pepper, and cooking water with mashed potatoes using a whisk.
