Ingredients
2 oz. gin
½ oz. extra-dry vermouth
4 drops natural orange essence
2 oz. tonic water
5 ice cubes
Vignoli Extra Virgin Olive Oil IGP Sicilia to taste
2 medium pieces of edible lemon peel
1 fresh rosemary or sage sprig
- 60 milliliters gin
- 15 milliliters extra-dry vermouth
- 4 drops natural orange essence
- 60 milliliters tonic water
- 5 ice cubes
- Vignoli Extra Virgin Olive Oil IGP Sicilia to taste
- 2 medium pieces of edible lemon peel
- 1 fresh rosemary or sage sprig
Directions

Combine gin, extra-dry vermouth, natural orange essence and tonic water in a shaker.

Add ice cubes and mix for few moments with a cocktail spoon.

Close the shaker, remove the lid, and drain the cocktail in a Martini glass.

Using a dropper, sprinkle the drink surface with several drops of Vignoli Extra Virgin Olive Oil IGP Sicilia.

Flavor the Vignoli’s Martini Cocktail with a lemon peel, pinching it with your fingers.

Complete with the second lemon peel and the rosemary or sage sprig.
