- 2 sprigs of fresh mint, to garnish
- 1/2 tablespoon Vignoli Meyer Lemon–Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- Place all the ingredients in a blender, except the mint sprigs and the Vignoli Meyer Lemon–Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a smoothie glass and drizzle with the Vignoli Meyer Lemon–Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Garnish with mint sprigs and serve.
