- 1 medium bacon avocado or other avocado of your choice
- 1 tablespoon Vignoli Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup rice drink or other vegetable drink of your choice
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or agave syrup
- Half lime

Directions

1. Cut the avocado in half, then scoop-out the flesh using a spoon and place in the food processor.

2. Add Vignoli Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vegetable drink, pure maple syrup or agave syrup and the juice of the half lime.

3. Process at high speed until smooth, creamy, and silky.
