  • 1 tablespoon Vignoli "Novello" Extra Virgin Olive Oil + a little

Directions

  1. Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and beat them with a whisk for a few seconds.

  2. Add a tablespoon of Vignoli "Novello" Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a pinch of salt. Continue whisking until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

  3. Heat a skillet and add ½ cup of hot water. Then, add the egg mixture and cook for 5 minutes or until the whites are set.

  4. Serve the scrambled eggs on plates, add black pepper, drizzle with Vignoli "Novello" Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and garnish with fresh marjoram.
